Ingredients

  • 1 qt. water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil; add noodles and salt.
  2. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Rinse noodles under cold water and drain.
  4. Mix noodles with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  5. Heat remaining 3 tablespoons of oil in a skillet.
  6. Add noodles to the skillet; spread to cover the bottom of the pan.
  7. Cook on medium heat until the underside is browned; turn and brown the other side.
  8. Remove from skillet and cut into 6 servings.
