Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Recipe soup mix
  • 2 lb. red skinned potatoes
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse and brush the potatoes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into large chunks.
  3. Place the soup mix, potatoes, and vegetable oil into a large plastic bag and toss to coat.
  4. Empty the potato mixture onto a nonstick cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 450°F for 40 minutes, stirring and turning occasionally until brown and tender.
