Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 pound butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 small package milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cook sugar, butter, and chopped pecans to 300°F with a candy thermometer. Spread on buttered foil, spreading thin.
  2. Scatter milk chocolate chips on top, allowing them to melt, then spread with a knife.
  3. Let cool completely.
  4. Break into pieces. Optionally, sprinkle chopped pecans on top before cooling.
