- Line a jelly roll pan with Reynolds Wrap.
- Cover the bottom with saltine crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, boil sugar and butter together for exactly 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour the hot sugar and butter mixture evenly over the crackers.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes until the toffee is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot mixture.
- Allow the chocolate chips to melt, then spread the melted chocolate evenly over the surface.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Break into pieces before serving.
- Keep refrigerated to maintain freshness.
