- Set the tomato stem end down and cut into 8 evenly spaced slices, cutting to within 1/2-inch from the bottom.
- Do not cut all the way through the tomato.
- Arrange lettuce on a salad plate and place the tomato on top of the lettuce.
- Gently spread the tomato slices slightly apart and drizzle half of the dressing over the tomato.
- Cut egg slices and place them between each tomato slice.
- Drizzle with the rest of the dressing.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and/or parsley.
