- Slice the tomatoes. Slice the Fresh mozzarella. Destem the basil leaves.
- Place a slice of tomato, a slice of cheese and a basil leaf. Keep doing the same until all gone. Sprinke with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Sprinke freshly ground pepper over all of it.
- A pretty platter. Serve with sliced italian bread
