Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 large fresh mozzarella balls, sliced
  • Several fresh basil leaves
  • Balasamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Sliced Fresh Italian Bread

Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes. Slice the Fresh mozzarella. Destem the basil leaves.
  2. Place a slice of tomato, a slice of cheese and a basil leaf. Keep doing the same until all gone. Sprinke with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Sprinke freshly ground pepper over all of it.
  3. A pretty platter. Serve with sliced italian bread
