Delightful cherry tomato hors d'oeuvres with crispy bacon and a hint of Tabasco, perfect for parties and entertaining guests with a savory, bite-sized treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 pound bacon

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Remove the cores and make a hole in each tomato.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain and crumble.
  4. Add about 1/4 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce to the bacon crumbles.
  5. Stuff each tomato with the bacon mixture.
  6. Stick each tomato with a toothpick.
  7. Arrange the stuffed tomatoes on a platter and garnish with fresh parsley for color.
