Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced basil leaves
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and let stand for one to ten hours.
  2. Toss with hot pasta.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
