Tomato Rice Beef Bake

Instructions
- In 9 x 9-inch square baking dish, place tomatoes, rice and water.
- Set aside.
- In skillet, brown beef, onion and mushrooms. Salt to taste; drain fat.
- Add to ingredients in baking dish. Place in oven for 15 minutes.
- Cover top with cheese and bake until melted.
