Tomato Spaghetti
A hearty and flavorful tomato spaghetti dish with crispy bacon and sweet sautéed onions, perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner for bacon and pasta lovers.

- Fry the bacon strips in a skillet until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and place on a napkin to drain.
- Remove all but a small tablespoon of bacon grease from the skillet.
- Add diced onion to the remaining grease and lightly brown.
- Heat the mashed tomatoes in a small pan.
- Chop the cooked bacon into small pieces and add to the tomato pan along with the sautéed onions.
- Season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil, then taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water until tender but not mushy.
- Drain the spaghetti in a colander and rinse with hot water.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the tomato and bacon mixture, stirring to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
