Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground chuck or venison
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans Mexican corn
  • 1 can Jalapeno pinto beans
  • 2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 onions chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown the chopped onions and ground beef in a large pot.
  2. Drain the excess fat from the meat and onions.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the pot without draining any of them.
  4. Simmer the soup for about 20-30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
