Ingredients

  • 5 lb ground meat
  • 2 medium diced onions
  • 4 cans kidney beans
  • 4 cans whole stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans Ro-Tel
  • 1 Tbsp diced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup chili powder

Instructions

  1. In a large pot (8 to 10-quart), simmer ground meat until fully cooked.
  2. Add diced onions, garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, and Ro-Tel.
  3. Bring to a simmer and cook, uncovered, for a minimum of 1 hour, stirring often.
