Ingredients
Instructions
- Cover the celery, carrots and onions with water; add salt and pepper.
- Boil for 7 minutes.
- Add diced potatoes; cook 7 minutes. Add fish; cook 3 or 4 minutes (do not overcook).
- Add butter and milk; heat.
- This is great for camping.
