Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 top blade steaks
  • 4 or 5 medium potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 4 carrots

Instructions

  1. Chop potatoes, onions, and carrots into stew-like pieces.
  2. Wash the steaks and place them in a baking pan.
  3. Add the chopped potatoes, onions, and carrots to the same baking pan with the steaks.
  4. Pour water into the pan to cover the ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Cook until the meat is done or until the water has almost evaporated, either baked or cooked on the stove.
