Sweet and crispy tortilla dessert cups feature cinnamon-sugar coating and creamy filling, perfect for a light, flavorful treat suitable for parties or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 10 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 c. cold fat-free milk
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant white chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 c. reduced-fat whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Coat one side of each tortilla with nonstick cooking spray; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
  3. Turn tortillas over; repeat on the other side.
  4. Cut each tortilla into 4 wedges.
  5. For each dessert cup, place the round edge of one tortilla wedge in the bottom of a muffin cup, shaping sides to fit the cup.
  6. Place a second tortilla wedge in the muffin cup, allowing bottom and sides to overlap.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
  8. Cool completely in the pan.
