Ingredients

  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 large can peach chunks
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • 2 to 3 peeled fresh apples (chunks)
  • 2 to 3 bananas (sliced)
  • 1 small frozen orange juice (half)
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 small instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Drain all canned fruit well.
  2. Mix milk, vanilla pudding, sour cream, and orange juice very well.
  3. Add drained fruit (except bananas) to the mixture.
  4. Make the salad a day ahead of time.
  5. Add sliced bananas on the day you serve the salad.
