Tot'S Rolls
Delicious homemade rolls with a tender, flaky texture and a rich, buttery flavor. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a side for any hearty meal, appealing to all ages.

Instructions
- Dissolve 4 tablespoons of yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar in 2 cups of lukewarm water.
- Stir sugar and salt into the yeast mixture.
- Add 4 beaten eggs and stir well.
- Add 2 cups of dissolved shortening in boiling water and mix.
- Add 12 cups of plain flour and mix thoroughly.
- Cover with foil and set aside in a warm place for 2 hours, until the dough doubles in size.
- Punch down the dough.
- Roll to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into rolls.
- Dip half of each roll in melted oleo (butter) and fold over like an envelope.
- Place on baking sheets.
- Let the rolls rise for 2 hours.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Brush the baked rolls with melted oleo.
