Ingredients

  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add beaten egg and vanilla, and mix until crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the apple pie filling in a greased 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Pour melted butter over the top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
