Ingredients

  • 2 (1 lb.) pound cakes
  • 1 can condensed sweet evaporated milk (Eagle Brand)
  • 1 can evaporated skim milk (Carnation brand)
  • 1 pt. half and half (coffee cream)
  • 1 large size Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Cut the cakes into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces and place on bottom of a 9 x 11-inch pan.
  2. Jean recommends Major Market's pound cakes. Mix the 3 milks together and pour over the cakes.
  3. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Top with the Cool Whip and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Top with the fruit.
