Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vinegar (apple cider)
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Cream together the margarine and sugar until creamy and sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add flour, then add 1 egg at a time, mixing well after each egg.
  3. Add milk, vanilla and vinegar.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350° (preheat oven).
