Tropical Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. French dressing (regular or lite)
  • 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 6 pork chops
  • 6 pineapple slices

Instructions

  1. In a dish combine dressing, juice, sugar and soy sauce.
  2. Add chops; turn to coat.
  3. Cover; marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Remove chops; bring marinade to a boil.
  5. Broil or grill chops, basting with marinade, until desired doneness.
  6. Meanwhile grill pineapple and brush with marinade until golden.
  7. Bring remaining marinade to a boil.
  8. Serve over chops.
  9. Serves 4 to 6.
  10. Great with rice.
