Instructions
- Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
- Cut oranges in half.
- Combine pineapple and oranges.
- Add coconut and chill.
- Combine cheese and 1/3 cup juice.
- Stir brown sugar into cheese mixture.
- Spoon atop fruit-coconut mixture.
- Makes 4 or 5 servings.
