Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding or sugar-free pudding
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange juice into the vanilla pudding with a wire whisk.
  2. Stir in the plain nonfat yogurt and coconut flavor.
  3. Fold in the crushed pineapple, drained.
  4. Chill the pudding for 30 minutes before serving.
