Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium cucumber, 1 medium skinned, shredded and patted dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in fridge for at least an hour, I like to let it sit over night, to let the flavors mix well.
