  • 1 large box lime jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 medium carton cottage cheese
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots

Instructions
