Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • 1 small can sliced olives (black)
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • dash of mustard powder
  • iceberg lettuce
  • romaine lettuce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add equal parts olive oil and lemon juice to a large bowl. Add 1 small can sliced olives, 2 cloves crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste and a dash of mustard powder.
  2. Mix, then add greens.
  3. Then cover with Parmesan cheese and toss again.
  4. Serves 3 to 6.
