- Add equal parts olive oil and lemon juice to a large bowl. Add 1 small can sliced olives, 2 cloves crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste and a dash of mustard powder.
- Mix, then add greens.
- Then cover with Parmesan cheese and toss again.
- Serves 3 to 6.
