Tuna Ramekins

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus cuts or peas, cooked and drained
  • 1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 c. croutons
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry (optional)

Instructions

  1. In saucepan, blend soup, milk and sherry.
  2. Add asparagus or peas and tuna.
  3. Heat; stir occasionally.
  4. Serve in 3 individual dishes.
  5. Garnish each serving with croutons.
