Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 large Spanish onion
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 cup white cooking wine
  • 1 1/2 lb. sliced red skin potatoes
  • 2 lb. tuna steak

Instructions

  1. In a 12-inch pan, sauté garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes, bay leaves, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add white cooking wine, potatoes, and tuna chunks.
  6. Cover and simmer on low heat for approximately 30 minutes.
