Tuna Tostadas

Ingredients

  • 1 c. nonfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 4 tortillas, crisped
  • 1 can light tuna
  • 1 c. fat-free Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. torn lettuce
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream with chili powder.
  2. Set aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Brush tortillas lightly with sour cream mixture.
  4. Spoon 1/4 of the tuna on each.
  5. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cheese.
  6. Broil until cheese is melted.
  7. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
  8. Drizzle with remaining sour cream mixture.
