Ingredients

  • 1 Tuno frozen roll, thawed
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 3 cups brown rice cereal

Instructions

  1. Put Tuno in a food processor and blend for a few rounds to make it flaky.
  2. Mix the processed Tuno with chopped celery, chopped onion, mayonnaise, parsley flakes, and garlic powder.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with cheese or crackers.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
