A bright and refreshing fruit parfait layered with citrus, pineapple, banana, coconut, and whipped cream, perfect for a quick, sunny treat suitable for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup canned or fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip partially thawed
  • 1 orange peeled, sectioned, and cut up
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine orange juice and sugar, and mix well.
  2. Fold in the cool whip and lightly beat to combine.
  3. In another small bowl, combine orange pieces, sliced banana, and pineapple chunks.
  4. In parfait glasses, alternately layer the fruit mixture, coconut, and cool whip.
  5. Chill before serving.
