Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 small heads broccoli
  • 2 turkey drumsticks
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 cup dairy sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli until just tender-crisp.
  2. Cook turkey until tender.
  3. Remove bones and skin from turkey and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Place cooked broccoli in a 9 x 13-inch pan or dish.
  5. Arrange turkey pieces on top of the broccoli.
  6. Mix the mushroom soup, golden mushroom soup, and sour cream together.
  7. Pour the soup mixture over the broccoli and turkey.
  8. Bake in a 375°F oven until bubbly hot.
