Turkey Chile
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey ⓘ
- 1 can tomatoes (28 oz.) ⓘ
- 1 can red beans ⓘ
- 1 can pinto beans ⓘ
- 1 medium onion, minced ⓘ
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped ⓘ
- 3/4 tsp. ground coriander ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon ⓘ
- 1 tsp. or to taste chili powder ⓘ
- 1/2 c. wine (optional) ⓘ
- 1 small can tomato sauce ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Saute turkey, onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add tomatoes, chili powder, cinnamon, ground coriander, salt, wine, beans (undrained) and tomato sauce.
- Simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
