Ingredients

  • 1 (12 lb.) turkey
  • dash of salt, pepper and sage
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 c. celery
  • 2 c. carrots
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Rub inside of turkey with spices.
  2. Stuff inside of turkey with veggies.
  3. Bake in foil 4 hours or until tender and done.
