Turkey Loaves

Ingredients

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 lb. ground raw turkey
  • 1/4 c. bottled barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce.
  2. Mix well. Shape into 4 loaves.
  3. Arrange loaves around edge of 1-quart casserole.
  4. Cover and cook on 100% power for 7 to 9 minutes or until no longer pink.
  5. Spoon barbecue sauce over loaves before serving.
