Ingredients

  • 1 apple, cored, peeled and cubed
  • 10 grapes, halved
  • 1 c. lean turkey, cooked and cubed
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1/4 c. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. Blue cheese dressing (fat-free)
  • 2 whole pitas

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and stuff pitas.
