Turkey Steak

Instructions
- Parboil a turkey of 25 to 26 pounds until fairly done.
- Lift out breast and cut steaks as from a beef tenderloin.
- Dip steaks in a batter made of milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Dredge in flour, then dunk back into batter and finish off with bread crumbs.
- Fry in fat (350°) until golden brown.
- Serve with onion rings made in the same way.
