Turkey-Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced turkey luncheon meat
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 3/4 c. quick cooking barley
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a colander, run hot water over vegetables for about 1 minute or until thawed.
  2. Drain vegetables well.
  3. Place turkey in a stack, then cut it all at once into thin strips.
