Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 (3 oz.) cans chopped black olives
  • 6 English muffins

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, curry, salt and olives.
  2. Spread mixture on split English muffin halves. Cut into bite size pieces.
  3. Spread out onto a baking sheet and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
