Instructions
- Beat eggs and cottage cheese until smooth.
- Stir in corn; set aside.
- In large bowl, mix all other ingredients together. Combine with egg mixture; stir just until blended.
- Bake in muffin pan at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Serves 9.
