Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello mix, different flavors
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Make one Jello mix according to the directions on the package. If using fruit, drain the juice and pour the fruit into the bottom of a rectangular pan.
  2. Pour the prepared Jello over the fruit in the pan.
  3. In a separate deep bowl, pour the second dry Jello mix. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  4. Let the Jello stand until it starts to set, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Whip the partially set Jello until frothy.
  6. Add 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup whipped cream to the Jello. Mix well.
  7. Spread this creamy mixture over the first layer of Jello in the pan.
  8. Refrigerate until fully set, about 2-3 hours, before serving.
