Two Fold Jello
A vibrant layered dessert combining fruity Jello and creamy cottage cheese mixture, perfect for a light, colorful treat suitable for gatherings or casual dessert tables.

Instructions
- Make one Jello mix according to the directions on the package. If using fruit, drain the juice and pour the fruit into the bottom of a rectangular pan.
- Pour the prepared Jello over the fruit in the pan.
- In a separate deep bowl, pour the second dry Jello mix. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Let the Jello stand until it starts to set, about 15-20 minutes.
- Whip the partially set Jello until frothy.
- Add 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup whipped cream to the Jello. Mix well.
- Spread this creamy mixture over the first layer of Jello in the pan.
- Refrigerate until fully set, about 2-3 hours, before serving.
