Ingredients

  • Dark Layer
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100g TOBLERONE* Dark Chocolate, melted
  • 2 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks
  • White Layer
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 100g TOBLERONE* White Chocolate, melted
  • 1 egg white, beaten to soft peaks

Instructions

  1. Beat Philly* until smooth.
  2. Stir in the melted dark chocolate until combined.
  3. Fold through egg white.
  4. Repeat with white chocolate to make white layer.
  5. Spoon Philly* chocolate mixtures alternately with the berries in parfait glasses, topping lastly with the berries.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes; Serve.
