Ingredients

  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream or yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 c. cooked broccoli
  • 4 hot baked potatoes, split

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the cheddar cheese soup, sour cream or yogurt, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add the cooked broccoli to the mixture.
  3. Heat the mixture, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
  4. Serve the sauce over the split baked potatoes.
  5. Garnish with chopped sweet red peppers if desired.
