Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Umeboshi (pickle)
  • 1 small pkg pasta noodles
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • salt
  • parsley
  • parsley (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Put the pasta and salt in boiling water.
  2. Cook until well done. Drain the pasta.
  3. While pasta is still hot, add butter and Umeboshi. Mix until butter is completely melted.
  4. Decorate with parsley.
