Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut up
  • 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
  • 3/4 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 green apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, and salt until smooth.
  2. Dice cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cut grapes in half.
  4. Thinly slice the celery.
  5. Cut apples into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Chop pecans.
  7. Combine chicken, grapes, apples, celery, and pecans in a large bowl.
  8. Add the mayonnaise mixture and gently mix until well coated.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.
  10. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
