Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup white onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup venison salami or smoked venison sausage
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute white onions until translucent.
  2. Add eggs to the onions and scramble together.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and sliced venison sausage or salami.
  4. Serve immediately.
