Upside-Down Ground Beef Pie

Instructions
- Brown ground beef in skillet. Break meat up while cooking. Drain off excess drippings.
- Add sauce to meat; cook until thoroughly heated.
- Spread mixture over bottom of buttered 9-inch pie plate.
- Mix corn muffin mix according to directions. Spread evenly over top of meat mixture. Bake in a 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Test for doneness.
- Cool before serving.
- Serve warm! Serves 4 to 6.
