Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen red raspberries
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Amaretto
  • 2 cups cholesterol-free whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Place partially thawed raspberries, egg whites, sugar, lemon juice, and Amaretto into a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer at high speed for 15 minutes.
  2. Whip the whipped topping until stiff, then add vanilla and brandy, and fold into the raspberry mixture.
  3. Gently fold in sliced almonds.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pie shell and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. Decorate with chocolate hearts or chocolate sprinkles before serving.
