- Cut the onion and green pepper into small or medium-sized cubes, depending on your taste.
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and green peppers to the pot and sauté until softened.
- Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste to the pot and stir well.
- Stir in the kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
