Ingredients

  • 1 large unpeeled pear, diced
  • 2 cups fresh orange sections
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except mint leaves.
  2. Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Garnish with mint and serve.
